Competing in a pageant can be a lot of fun, rewarding and at the same time overwhelming.    We all have a tendency to jump right in and of course, over commit.    Often times when this happens, we don't take the necessary time for ourselves to "sharpen the saw" and recognize ourself for all of the accomplishments we have achieved.  The good news, you are human and this is normal.

Speaking Engagements
